Pool A – Vedika Sharma / Class 4
I lived under the illusion that happiness was about collecting things, but now I know it is about collecting moments. Owning a pile of toys is boring if you do not have anyone to play with. True joy does not come from shopping bags; it comes from the heart.
When I share my skipping rope or colouring markers at school, my friends smile, we enjoy, create fun games and we come closer each day. Toys can be replaced but the joy of sharing time with others is special.
That is why I believe sharing makes us happier than having more toys for ourselves.
