Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre celebrated International Yoga Day with an engaging yoga session focused on physical fitness, mental well-being and inner balance.
Faculty and staff members participated enthusiastically in a series of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation practices. The session offered participants an opportunity to step away from their daily routines, reconnect with themselves and experience the calming effects of mindful movement.
The celebration highlighted yoga as more than a form of physical exercise. It emphasised its role in improving concentration, reducing stress, strengthening the body and promoting emotional well-being. Participants practised different techniques designed to improve flexibility, breathing awareness and overall wellness.
The collective participation created a peaceful and positive atmosphere across the campus. The session also encouraged everyone to include yoga in their daily lives as a simple yet effective way to maintain a healthy balance between the body and mind.
Through the celebration, the school reaffirmed the importance of holistic well-being and mindful living. International Yoga Day served as a meaningful reminder that regular yoga practice can contribute to a healthier, calmer and more focused lifestyle.
