Online learning has existed for a long time. However, it became more popular during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through animations, simulations, and virtual labs, educators can give students opportunities to understand concepts that don’t need experimentation. Technology provides students with easy-to-access information, accelerated learning, and fun opportunities to practice what they learn.

My school is the pioneer of online learning, it was the first school in the state to conduct online classes dexterously without any flaw whilst providing students with regular practice sheets, recorded classes, progress reports and much more. Post-COVID-19 pandemic also, the school pertains to have online learning in the form of practice sheets, online projects etc.

Online learning emerged as a ray of hope for all the institutions, colleges and schools during the pandemic but foreseeing it prior not only helped SPSEC in conduction of online learning at ease but without blemish. Having experienced online learning I feel that it becomes much more interactive and interesting when we students ask questions, complete our online assignments and get exposure to the outside world via seminars, sessions etc. conducted online which have people from across the world.

The online learning experience can also be maximised by making proper usage of the time and putting it onto other productive activities.

Online learning is an experience which has both boon and bane, it’s how we use it to maximise our learning.
